This beach house is located in a sought after pocket of Anglesea. Walk to the main surf beach, river and shopping areas. Two living areas, table tennis table, north facing outdoor entertaining area and enclosed yard make this a great family holiday getaway all year round. Parking is accessed from Holmwood Avenue off Diggers Parade. (Linen not provided).

Great for a large/extended family stay

We had a wonderful stay at this house. We had a large group, 12 people ranging in age from 2.5 years to 76 years, and the house was perfect. The fire kept it warm and cosy, there was plenty of space for people to spread out and a huge table for family meals. Having three showers helped and the board games and ping table provided entertainment. It was well located for taking the little kids to playgrounds and the beach and an easy walk into town for those with slightly longer legs.

What a perfect home for weekend and extended holidays. The home is well appointed with everything you could need. The gardens are lovely and the outside, undercover deck area makes a perfect space to relax. We loved that it is dog friendly and the property is absolutely secured to ensure your fur babies are safe overnight. Highly recommend this house and hope to return at another stage.

A weekend at the beach with family and friends

Stayed at 8 Mawson court on the weekend, this gem of a house was just the perfect place for the family and friends. Plenty of bedrooms with appropriate number of bathrooms for a big group and several different areas to relax both inside and out. Great location to walk to either the beach, shops or local restaurants and bonus it’s dog friendly
