Booking Information

Length of Stay:

A two night minimum stay applies to all bookings, unless otherwise stated.

Statutory Holidays – Australia Day, Labour Day, Queens Birthday, AFL Grand Final and Melbourne Cup
A three night minimum stay applies.

A four night minimum stay applies.

Summer bookings 2024/2025:
Bookings for Christmas and January period commence yearly from 1st July.

A set minimum stay applies from Boxing Day. See details in Our Seasons menu.

Payment of bookings:

To secure a reservation, 50% deposit of the total tariff is required within 72 hours of making a booking. Should your deposit not be paid by this time, the booking will be automatically cancelled. If a booking is made within a month of the booking date, the full amount is required. Balance is to be paid 30 days prior to arrival. We accept credit card (Visa and Mastercard), and EFT (electronic transfer). Please note credit card payments incur a 1.5% surcharge. All bookings incur a booking fee (The booking fee is non-refundable)

Check In Procedure:

House rules we really need you to know:

  1. Your co-operation in leaving the premises in a clean and tidy condition is appreciated otherwise you may be subject to an additional charge.
  2. All properties are non-smoking and if detected will result in an immediate non-release of your bond.
  3. Parties will not be tolerated and may lead to the immediate cancellation of the booking (at any time) and/or a loss of your bond.
  4.  No pets are allowed in properties not deemed pet friendly. If deemed pet friendly, pets are not allowed inside the property. Extra cleaning costs may apply if required.
  5. If keys are lost you will be charged a fee of $50.

Non- compliance to our terms and conditions may result in termination of your booking or a loss of your bond. We hope that you have a great holiday experience.

Check Out Procedure:

Check out is 10am.

Useful departure checklist:

  • Put the rubbish bins out (if applicable) on your departure. If you are staying longer than a weekend, view the House Rules on the fridge for rubbish collection days. Excess rubbish will not be picked up by shire collections so a fee will incur if we need to remove.
  • Clean out the fridge and freezer
  • Wash, dry and put away all dishes – including dishes in the dishwasher.
  • BBQ must be cleaned after use or an additional charge will be charged to your bond.
  • Check bedrooms and bathrooms to make sure nothing is left behind
  • Return keys as instructed.
  • Please lock all doors, windows and turn off all appliances.

If returning keys outside our business hours in Aireys Inlet through to Eastern View, please use the key drop box to the right of our office door. ( Office next to Mini Golf )

Key pick up is from our office 4/75 Great Ocean Road. Aireys Inlet unless otherwise advised.

If keys need to be dropped off outside of business hours, please contact our office prior to 3pm on day of arrival and we will leave the keys at the property for you. 5220 0500


Keys will be either in a lockbox or under the doormat.  For lockbox access, a code will be supplied the day prior to arrival via email and SMS.

Torquay and Jan Juc and Lorne.

Keys will be in a lock box at the property.  Code details for lock boxes will be given to you the day prior to arrival via email and SMS.

Linen Hire:

Linen orders are to be made 2 weeks prior to booking and will be available for your collection on arrival.

Minimum hire charge is $50.00

Please note our linen hire service provides the linen only. If you require the property to be dressed prior to your arrival this can be organise at an additional fee. Please contact our office to organise this service.
