About Us
Payment Terms and Conditions HOLIDAY HOUSES require a 25% deposit to reserve the property and balance due 14 days prior to arrival. CITY APARTMENTS and MOTEL ROOMs require card details to reserve and full payment taken 7 days prior to arrival. CANCELLATION available till full payment is taken with refund of money paid less 5% to cover admin fees. Once full payment is taken no refund will be provided unless we can rebook the property or room.
