Description
This property is located in Aireys Inlets most sought after position having direct access to Sandy Gully Beach.
The space
If you are sitting in the living room or out on the deck you can see the waves breaking and the changing colours of the ocean. The property has two bedrooms upstairs and three downstairs and has two separate living areas. In the downstairs living area there is also a separate kitchenette. You can take a morning stroll along the cliff walk up to the Split Point Lighthouse and then enjoy breakfast or coffee at any of the local cafes. The property is walking distance to the general store, hotel and restaurants. Aireys Inlet has magnificent scenery and is the home of the Split Point Lighthouse. Settled in a bush setting its beautiful beaches are nestled between rocky cliff tops. Aireys inlet is adjacent to Fairhaven which is ideal for swimming, surfing and offers 8kms of pristine beach ideal for beach walks through Moggs Creek to Eastern View.

Beautiful location. Great house for big groups
The location of the house is perfect. Amazing views. Beautiful upstairs. Downstairs was quite cold and damp. Water rising up walls in one bedroom and ceiling dripping to living room upstairs when it rained. Great views.
Views amazing and access to beach perfect. Location great.
Would have liked a few more essentials i.e tea bags, coffee in pantry. No kitchen dish cloth could be found. And had to make own beds with bags of linen. For the price, would have preferred the beds made up. K
