The place had a good location and was very convenient for two families.
The home needed a deep-clean however but the hosts were nice. Amazing location and good size home however daddy long legs spiders and cobwebs all over the house and dead bugs. General uncleanliness and cooling that was not suited the best for Australian summer. N

Air conditioning did not work
The main problem that we had is the property advertised that it had air conditioning. There were 3 days over 35 degrees and the air conditioning did not work from day one. We sent an email but no one replied and we suffered during the day but especially in the night. There was also many insects in the house. The place is very rundown. Gardens overgrown. Spider webs everywhere. Heating doesn’t work and a permanent note saying not to try and AC wouldn’t turn on. Went and bought wood for the fire place, the seals in the door don’t work so the fire burns at full heat all the time. . . Don’t bring a good car as it will be covered in sap from the trees. Leaf litter everywhere. Upstairs toilet was clearly an owner built room, no fan.
Could be great with a lot of work but shouldn’t be making people Paiute what they ask for a rundown place like this.
