WALK THROUGH THE HOME WITH US
Walking into the townhouse you will find yourself in the living room. This space has a modern leather sofa, two leather chairs, a coffee table and brand new smart TV to entertain you and your family/friends. A split system is also located in this area to help heat or cool the room depending on the season you visit. With curtains that run floor to ceiling, this space feels very spacious and cosy.
Continuing through and walking to the back part of the townhouse you will find yourself in the kitchen and dining area. With large windows/sliding doors which provide a lot of natural light, the kitchen and dining area looks out onto the patio, backyard and the golf course in the distance. With floor to ceiling curtains in this space too, you can choose to eat in a cosy and warm environment with the curtains being closed, or maybe keep them open to have a meal with the furry local neighbours (kangaroos) who like to visit in the evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and everything you will need for a comfortable stay and there is a split system also located in this space. Heading out the sliding doors onto the back patio, there is some outdoor seating and a BBQ for you to use if you choose to cook and eat outside. There is also a small lawned area for the kids to play on or they can spot/listen to the local wildlife, as there is plenty of it!
From the kitchen/dining area, you can access one of the bathrooms, the laundry room, the garage and also a small back storage shed. The laundry room has a bench, sink, washing machine and clothes dryer. The bathroom is off here, and has a toilet, shower and vanity. The small back storage shed is where you can keep your golfing equipment, there is a roller door that takes you outside into the backyard which is where you can head off up to the golf course.
Heading upstairs in the townhouse you will find the three bedrooms, a second bathroom and also the master ensuite. Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom. This bedroom has a king bed, a TV, built-in robes, a split system and an ensuite with a toilet, shower and vanity. This bedroom has views over the back patio, backyard and golf course in the distance. Bedroom 2 has a king bed and built-in robes whilst bedroom 3 has a king single bunk bed and also built-in robes. The second bathroom that services bedroom 2 and 3, has a toilet, shower and vanity.
Heading back downstairs, there are some cleaning items and additional items you might like to use during your stay. A vacuum cleaner, porta cot, high chair and more can be found in a cupboard underneath the stairs.
The townhouse conveniently has a garage that you are welcome to use during your stay, it will fit one vehicle only. Once in the garage there is direct access into the townhouse through a door which takes you to the laundry area.
Guest access
To gain access to the property, you will need to retrieve the key from the Lockbox. The Key lockbox is located at the end of the car park in front of apartment 13 on a concrete retaining wall.
