We really enjoyed our stay in Torquay, excellent location to walk to the beach. Excellent communication with host. Highly recommend. Great location convenient to beach and many restaurants. Pool was OK but overall the property and facilities are a little tired. A perfect apartment for a little weekend away, spacious and great to have a balcony to enjoy the summer nights on Our stay with Regional Escapes in Torquay was absolutely magical. The apartment was incredibly spacious and just a short walk to the beach, making it perfect for our little family.
We travelled with our toddler, who loved having the room to move and play. There was a nearby playground and a great footpath for kids to ride their bikes, plus a few lovely walking trails close by.
The location was excellent—many of Torquay’s best restaurants were within easy reach, and the apartment was part of a complex with great amenities, including a heated indoor pool, spa, and a small gym for a basic workout.
We had the pleasure of chatting with the host, who was absolutely wonderful—genuine, friendly, and clearly passionate about looking after her guests.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return next time we’re in Torquay.
