The space
Magnificent ocean views with the beach at your front doorstep, you can't get much better than this. Two generous living areas makes this the ideal holiday home. as the adults can relax in the kitchen/living/dinning area, while the kids can retreat to the upstairs rumpus room.
Minimum stay 3 nights outside of the peak season.
Linen is NOT included at this property.
The property will have mattress protectors, pillows and doonas in covers on all beds.
Items you will need to bring are;
- Sheets and pillowcases for all beds you plan to use.

Fantastic location
Very caring management, prompt response, highly recommend Great space for multiple families although a little cool with only an open fireplace to heat entire house, awesome views and fully stocked kitchen, great bbq. Upstairs rumpus was great for the teens to have their own space. Property a little run down in spots but did not stop us enjoying a great weekend away. Would definitely recommend. L

Great spot
Plenty of room and a lovely view. Recommend Onda Food House in Aireys Inlet for coffee/breakfast/lunch E

Moggs creek
The property needs a little care. The rooms and bathrooms were not properly cleaned. There is a lot of dust and old cobwebs in the bedrooms. The open fireplace doesn’t keep the property warm. If they had an enclosed fireplace it would have warmed the whole house. Only other heating option were little blow heaters in the bedroom cupboards.
