Description
This two-story holiday home has it all.
The space
The upstairs level you will find an open plan living area, kitchen and pool table. There is a deck which has glimpses of the ocean. It has plenty of room to enjoy a BBQ in warmer months or enjoy your morning coffee out there in the cooler months. The kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable short or long stay.
The downstairs area contains the three bedrooms, an ensuite and main bathroom. The fourth bedroom/room is a kids bunk room with two sets of bunks (suitable for children /teens only), a single bed, TV, DVD player and has reverse cycle air con/heating. The perfect space for the kids to hang out. There is also has access to the rear garden area.
There is a sheltered courtyard with a table and chairs so whatever the season, you can be outside.

Highly recommended; A well-appointed, spacious house; quiet and comfortable. Pool table is a bonus activity for family fun. Just rememebr to bring your own linen as I missed that detail in the original booking info. Really nice stay. Perfect for a large group looking to explore Aireys inlet or drive the great ocean road!
