HOLIDAY HOUSES require a 25% deposit to reserve the property and balance due 14 days prior to arrival. CITY APARTMENTS and MOTEL ROOMs require card details to reserve and full payment taken 7 days prior to arrival. CANCELLATION available till full payment is taken with refund of money paid less 5% to cover admin fees. Once full payment is taken no refund will be provided unless we can rebook the property or room.

This is the perfect holiday apartment …. Reallllly close to both main beaches, virtually next door to great pizza, bright, light, bigger than it looks in photos, lovely comfortable bed with crisp linens, excellent kitchen, very clean AND a swimming pool.  We loved it.

Absolute stunning location! Definitely the main attraction and was such a beautiful view. Fairly busy location though plenty of tourists/sightseeing groups/running groups consistently poking their heads through the window - we didn't mind it too much but might be annoying for others!

I had a fantastic week at this accomodation. The location was perfect for my needs, with plenty of space inside the apartment. Jemma was excellent to deal with and made the whole process extremely easy. I highly recommend this place and I will return to this place next time I am back in Torquay

Absolutely loved our stay here! The views are incredible and it’s nestled in the beautiful bush nature. The house is huge and lovely deck area. Close to coastal beach walks. 

We didn’t hire linen but I would definitely do this next time to avoid the hassle of bringing our own.

We appreciated having four double beds in separate rooms for a group vacation. The split system was really effective upstairs too. We were an easy short stroll to the beach and would love to come back in summer to enjoy the amazing enclosed entertaining deck!

Highly recommended; A well-appointed, spacious house; quiet and comfortable. Pool table is a bonus activity for family fun. Just rememebr to bring your own linen as I missed that detail in the original booking info.

We were thrilled about the quiet location of the property and its accessibility to the river, inlet and nearby shops. 
We fished with our grandchildren at the nearby river and loved all the nearby walks & beach. 
Upstairs bedrooms were warm without aircon but once we worked out how to use built in fan that helped.
Having two living areas meant children could play while adults prepared dinner or chatted. 
We would highly recommend this property for its quiet location & amenities.

We had a lovely stay in this peaceful and well appointed home. The back deck was a great place to sit in the evening and the house was nicely furnished. The area is really lovely and peaceful, definitely a drive to the beach but so quiet and lovely to go for a walk in the area.

This beautiful holiday home in Fairhaven has a large open plan living/dining/kitchen area and great views of the surrounding Otway forest.

The 2nd living area downstairs is ideal for the kids to have their own space. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms, ensuite plus a powder room. Downstairs has another 2 bedrooms, living area plus the main bathroom.
There is also a stair lift for disabled access upstairs. (Linen not provided).
