Absolutely fabulous family beach house. We love everything about Evans St. Huge rooms, great facilities, so quiet yet super close to everything. Perfect for cocktails on the balcony too.

Wonderful house pity about the neighbour

House outstanding. Great for kids and babies... HOWEVER, I presently have a very unsettled 8 month old and he was very overtired and screamed one evening as I tried to get him off to sleep. The neighbour took it upon herself to have a bit of a dig at me from her patio. I was already very upset and stressed. She proceeded to put her music on very loud. After this I was very nervous about my baby making too much noise and found it uncomfortable.
